Sea Rescue Surpasses 100 Million Viewers and This Week's Preview!

by Staff

Sea Rescue has surpassed more than 100 million viewers since the series premiered in 2012! Thank you to all of the viewers who tune in weekly for the emotional and heartfelt stories of marine animal rescue, rehabilitation and return by the SeaWorld rescue team and its partners.

Season 3 rolls on this Saturday as an Olive Ridley sea turtle strands in Monterey Bay, Calif. and a rock band becomes part of the extraordinary effort to return this wayward reptile to warmer waters. Then a ship hits a bridge in the San Francisco Bay, spilling thousands of gallons of oil that threatens miles of environmentally sensitive coastline.

Sea Rescue airs Saturday mornings on ABC along with the new series The Wildlife Docs. The Wildlife Docstakes viewers behind the scenes with an elite team of veterinarians, technicians and trainers as they care for the more than 12,000 exotic animals that live in Busch Gardens® Tampa.
