Last month, “The Rockin’ Chefs of Busch Gardens” competed in the Fourth Annual Tampa Bay Premier Iron Chef Challenge to benefit All Children’s Hospital.
The master chefs from Busch Gardens cooked their way into first place and won the category “Best Use of Secret Ingredient.”
Cheese inspired the quartet to create a warm goat cheese tartlet with caramelized onion, Yukon gold potato and lobster salad. Their award-winning dish finished with white chocolate and orange mascarpone mousse served in pizele cones with a sweet raspberry orange sauce. Sweet success!
Congratulations to Richard Shepherd, Mike Moramarco, Stu Morton and Alvin Brown! The money they raised will help fund All Children’s Hospital’s Neonatal Intensive Car Unit.
