A short time ago Anheuser-Busch InBev announced that it had reached terms with Blackstone Capital Partners V L.P., an investor fund advised by The Blackstone Group, on the sale of Busch Entertainment Corp. (BEC). BEC is the parent company of the 10 Worlds of Discovery parks, including SeaWorld, Busch Gardens and Aquatica.

When the sale closes, it will bring an exciting new era for the Worlds of Discovery. Please be assured that the change in ownership will be positive for the parks you enjoy, and that the terms under which you purchased your pass will not change.
