For young women looking to get into the field of veterinary science or marine biology, Dr. Lara Croft is an inspiration. Here's a little bit of informaiton on her background and some great photos of her doing some amazing work at SeaWorld.

Dr. Croft is one of three SeaWorld Orlando staff veterinarians.  In this capacity, Dr. Croft maintains the health of the park's animals, including killer whales, dolphins, sea lions, seals, birds, fish, and turtles.

SeaWorld plunges guests into the realm of the shark as part of the parks most daring animal interaction program, Sharks Deep Dive. Participants don wetsuits and a Sea Trek helmet which allows participants to breathe and communicate underwater without scuba equipment- during their close encounter with more than 30 sharks and an array of fish.

On a visit to Busch Gardens Tampa today, basketball superstar Shaquille O’Neal fed giraffes and elephants.

Shaq and family were enjoying a day together during the off-season.
