SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment announced today its expansion into the sale of home entertainment products in retail outlets with the release of "Turtle: The Incredible Journey." The DVD and Blu-ray of the film are now available through retailers and online sellers nationwide, including Netflix, Amazon, Blockbuster and Best Buy Web sites as well as in Walmart and Kroger retail stores. Several SeaWorld fans have noticed historical footage of our rescue team in action in “Dolphin Tale,” and have asked what role SeaWorld played in the rescue of Winter. This is the story of the passion and expertise displayed by the many marine mammal experts credited with helping this remarkable animal.

Animals in need and endangered species around the world will benefit from more than $1 million in grants awarded this year by the non-profit SeaWorld & Busch Gardens Conservation Fund. The Fund approved grants to more than 100 wildlife protection projects. Here are a few of the efforts.

SeaWorld is home to many finned, feathered and furry fathers that have had a role in more than 18,000 animals born or hatched at our parks over four decades. Today, The Dawn Brancheau Foundation hosted the Inaugural “Dream Big 5K” at SeaWorld Orlando. The event included a one-mile family walk and a food collection drive. All food contributions and a portion of the race proceeds will benefit the Central Florida Children’s Home.
