On Saturday, November 13, Busch Gardens employees teamed up with their friends and family for the Second Annual 5K Run 4 Wildlife. The 202 participants raised more than $2,000 for the SeaWorld & Busch Gardens Conservation Fund.

SeaWorld Parks were voted by BehindtheThrills.com readers as having the “Friendliest Theme Park Crowds.” The parks’ peaceful, relaxing environment and lack of constant crushing crowds creates a calmer more relaxing experience for park guests.

It is with great sadness that SeaWorld San Diego announces that Sumar, a 12-year-old male killer whale, died at approximately 1:45 p.m. today (Tuesday, Sept. 7, 2010).
