On July 8, SeaWorld Orlando is releasing five endangered Kemp's Ridley sea turtles - displaced by the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico - into the waters of Gullivan Bay near Marco Island, Fla. The area is a natural habitat for Kemp's Ridley sea turtles.

Animal expert Dr. Mireya Mayor is at home in the jungle, studying primates throughout the world in her two series Mystery Gorillas and Wild Nights. But at SeaWorld, she chilled out in two of the parks colder locations. At Wild Arctic, Mireya braves chilly 55 degree water to get a kiss from a beluga whale.

Starting this Saturday and to kick off the summer, SeaWorld invites guests to stay for the encore as the parks are open later and feature special nighttime (and daytime) shows, live music and spectacular fireworks. Spring is in the air. Flowers are blooming, the grass is turning green and Discovery Cove is welcoming a new baby dolphin to the family. Thelma, an Atlantic bottlenose dolphin at the park, gave birth to a baby dolphin Tuesday, April 20. This is the 22nd dolphin born at Discovery Cove since the park opened in 2000.
