The United States Travel Association’s (USTA) Discover America Daily Getaways promotion is back by popular demand for a second year. The promotion runs April 11 through May 13, 2011 allowing travelers to save up to 60 percent on airfare, hotels, car rentals, theme park admission and city attraction passes. Hey Fans! In case you haven’t heard, 2011 is a really exciting year for SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment. We’re opening ten – that’s right, ten – new attractions in our parks across the country! Here’s a quick download on everything that’s coming to your favorite parks this year.

SeaWorld Parks were voted by BehindtheThrills.com readers as having the “Friendliest Theme Park Crowds.” The parks’ peaceful, relaxing environment and lack of constant crushing crowds creates a calmer more relaxing experience for park guests.

Top parks throughout the United States were included in the online pole, making for fierce competition. However, with 56% of the votes, SeaWorld easily walked away with the top honor. The runner up only received 11% of the votes.

SeaWorld Parks teamed up with British newspaper The Sun to make young Brandon Campbell’s dreams come true this summer by flying him and his mum to Florida for an unforgettable holiday of a lifetime.

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment has promoted Daniel B. Brown, President of the company’s three Orlando parks –- SeaWorld Orlando, Discovery Cove and Aquatica -- to Chief Operating Officer, SeaWorld Parks.

Today, two of SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment’s world class theme parks announced all-new attractions to open in 2011.
