1) Get there first thing -- it opens to ride all of the roller coasters BEFORE the place gets packed. Then you can walk around, see shows and eat. A must try for eats is the Zambia Smokehouse. Best BBQ chicken anywhere!!!

Busch Gardens Begins to Prepare for the 13th Year of Howl-O-Scream

Howl-O-Scream is a time of year when the park takes on a whole new look and immerses guests in a Halloween atmosphere. Did you know that we custom-create much of the park’s Halloween decor? Drawing from traditional theatrical scenic painting and construction methods, extra steps are made to ensure durability, especially since most items are outside in the elements for more than a month. Check out what we're crafting for the 13th annual Howl-O-Scream and all the effort we put into the creations.

Busch Gardens Mobile App is Here

We're very excited to announce the free Busch Gardens App for the iPhone is now available for download in iTunes. Over the past couple of months, Virginia Williams and I have been working with our corporate marketing team to develop the first iPhone App for the park, which will also be available for Android users in the near future. Check out some of the exciting features that you can use when visiting our park.

Busch Gardens Participates in Clean the Bay Day

The Chesapeake Bay Foundation is sponsoring the 23rd Annual Clean the Bay Day on Sat., June 4, and once again we are doing our part to show support for this worthwhile event.  Because the park is in its fulltime operation on June 4, we wanted to make sure we were able to contribute so we began the clean-up effort a little early.

Busch Gardens Tampa Bay Launches New Phase of Teaser Campaign for 2011 Attraction

Amidst the latest round of internet rumors as to what Busch Gardens Tampa Bay may be building, the adventure park launched the next chapter in a teaser campaign that began early this summer.

Need to know the wait time for Griffon? We have an app for that. Our new Busch Gardens mobile app, available for download today at the App Store on iTunes, sends park-specific information like restaurant menus, show schedules and restroom locations right to a guest’s smartphone. An interactive map lets GPS-compatible phones navigate the park with ease so guests can spend less time rushing around our park and more time enjoying its attractions.
