SeaWorld Responds to Pilot Whale Stranding in Cudjoe Key, Fla.

SeaWorld Orlando jumped into action on Friday, May 6 when the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) requested assistance caring for pilot whales that had beached themselves in a 12-mile radius near Cudjoe Key, Fla. 20 miles north of Key West.

Fall is upon us here at Sesame Place, and do you know what that means? It means that my summer job is winding down and I’m back to my full time teaching job. The fall is an exciting time here at Sesame Place and this year, we’re taking advantage of the start of the school year to invite teachers to visit our park for an open house and presentation on the education programs that we offer. Teachers can register to attend our Education Program open house on Saturday, October 1, 2011.
