Jack is Keeping Austin Weird

As a new PR Representative for SeaWorld San Antonio, I had the opportunity to attend the Austin media tour this past week. The purpose of this media tour was to promote SeaWorld San Antonio's Howl-O-Scream attractions and especially College Nights. It was my first business trip, let alone media tour, so I was not sure what to expect. To sum it up, it was one of the best learning experiences I have ever had.

Join our Scare Squad!

Are you creepy … scary? Do you like to instill fear in all those that you encounter? Well that’s not required, but it’s certainly a plus when it comes to being a part of our Scare Squad. Responsible for populating the park after dark, the Scare Squad adds that final layer of immersion into the Howl-O-Scream experience in our haunted houses and scare zones. You could be a vampire, a zombie or a killer clown. No experience is necessary. Work on the weekends during our Howl-O-Scream event and have fun while making new friends.

Lucky the Duck Gets Unhooked by SeaWorld Orlando’s Bird Experts

A few weeks ago, a Muscovy duck was brought to SeaWorld with a discarded fishing line and hook embedded in his mouth. Although we're guessing that at one time there was something tasty at the end of the line, this unlucky duck was duped like many other ducks who nibble on discarded fishing material. Helping animals both big and small, our bird experts jumped on the opportunity to help unhook this little guy.
